Both single and double occupancy standard rooms are available at a rate of $359 per night when booked as part of the conference room block.
Please note rooms are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be made by October 1, 2024 to ensure the group rate; a credit card is required upon reservation. For cancellations, the hotel requires 24-hour notice prior to the reservation date.
Transporation
On 6th Avenue between West 53rd and West 54th Streets. 53rd street is west bound and 54th street is east bound. LaGuardia is 8 miles, Newark is 15 miles, and John F. Kennedy is 17 miles, Grand Central station is 15 minutes across town, Penn Station is 15 minutes downtown and Port Authority is 10 minutes downtown from New York Hilton Midtown.
Metered taxi service is available at LaGuardia Airport, Newark Airport as well as John F. Kennedy. To ensure you have a licensed taxi driver, please use the designated taxi stands. All taxi should have a working meter to calculate the fare based on time and mileage. Fares are based on traffic conditions, but a typical fare from the above airports range from:
LaGuardia Airport: $40 – $50
Newark International Airport: $80 – $90
John F. Kennedy International Airport: $60 – $70

This prearranged transportation service is available through downloadable apps (Uber, Lyft, Via). The app connects vehicle drivers to passengers and the fare is typically less than taxis. Please follow in-app instructions for pick-up and drop off locations.
Limousines are available in New York City and New Jersey destinations. Contact your company of choice near the ride boards to make reservations. You may contact a private car service to schedule your pick-up ahead of time: Carmel Super Saver, ExecuCar.
If you have a prearranged pickup with a limousine company, you should call the service once you have claimed your luggage. They will provide you with a license plate number, a description of the car and/or a door number where you can meet the driver. Limousines can only meet passengers at designated areas. Depending on airport traffic, the arrival time of your pickup may vary.
Some limousine services can arrange to have their drivers meet arriving passengers in the baggage claim area in other predesignated pickup locations within the baggage claim area. The driver can assist with luggage and take the passenger directly to the vehicle.
LaGuardia, Newark, and John F. Kennedy, all offer a variety of options for vehicle rentals. Each rental car company offers free shuttle/train service to the car rental company. For specific information on hours of operation, contact the individual rental car companies that serve each airport.
